Ninja´s everywhere

After first day a lot has happened; we found out the program plans for the ten days, setted out the rules in form of common contract and learned from Pavel how to be a Ninja.. nowadays Ninja´s are everywhere... when we have a brake.

On Monday we had a session of high rope elements and Jakob´s ladder. Past few days we have been building and testing the low ropes. Learning in practice and in theory.

 In between and after practical workshops there has been lectures and evening programs either leisure activities or lecture.. again. you can´t avoid learning! David is promising that the easy day was yesterday.. he is saying that every day....

At the end of today we had a longer workshop in two groups. In simulation we were participants for each other, teenagers and business men. Whole day planning, building, frontloading, instructing, debriefing... I could say we made each others know how it is when clients aren´t the easiest ones. Learning, learning...

We were also trusting each other a lot!
